As the leader in providing food catering services in the Bicol Region, Carl's Catering will give all of us some lovin' on Valentines Day! A gastronomic feast of an international selection (a buffet that includes Japanese, Mongolian, Spanish, Italian, American cuisine) will be served at The Clubhouse, Jardin Real de Naga, Concepcion Grande, Naga City. With over 37 dishes to dig on, a live band, and contests and prizes all night for only Php 1000 per person.
Their stations would include: 

HORS D'OEUVRES: Humus on Pita Bread, Liver Pate on Crostinis, Shrimp Surprise, Tuna with Capers on Crotinis, Mozzarilla ticks with Herbed Mayo dip, and Sangria



JAPANESE STATION: Sushi & Maki, Tuna & Salmon Sashimi, Sukiyaki, Grilled Gindara, and Shrimp Tempura
MONGOLIAN BAR-B-QUE STATION
SPANISH STATION: Paella Valenciana, Callos, Salpicado de Carne, Lengua, Sevillana (brown mushroom sauce), Bacalao ala Vizcaina


ITALIAN STATION: Pasta al Funghi (three kinds of fresh mushrooms), Pasta Barbara (anchovies, mushrooms, bacon bits), Pasta Vongole (fresh clams, white wine, parmesan), and Beef Lasagna


AMERICAN STATION: Roast Black Angus Beef, Roast Turkey with dressing and cranberry sauce, Baked Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce, and Creamy Potato Casserole
SALAD STATION: Japanese Kani Salad (roasted sesame dressing), Ensalada Mixta (with balsamic vinaigrette), and Waldorf Salad
DESSERT STATION: Cherries Delight, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Snow Gelatin, Brownies, Food for the God, Chocolate Mousse, Mango Cream Pie, Mango Tapioca, and Buko Pandan

  1. Wow! A smorgasbord of different cuisines! Looks tasty and flavorful, too bad it's too far from the Metro. Do they have any branches in Manila? I would like to pay a visit soon :)

  9. Why are they not offering bicols food like laing? Im a bicolana. Catering company are stepping up and going more on the italian cooking

    1. Hi Lee! They opted to showcase thier different international dishes as to give something new to the Bicolanos during this Valentines event. But they of course have the Bicolano and Filipino favorites as part of their catering selection. :) They are really stepping up for the catering services in Bicol.

  13. Too bad it's too far, haha. At first I thought 1k is quite pricey, but 37 dishes to dig on, plus raffle and live band? It's worth every peso.

    BTW, are you based in Naga?
